Company recognized for its 97% CSAT Score Through HVR Acquisition, Exponential Growth

OAKLAND, Calif. – May 4, 2023 – Fivetran, the global leader in automated data movement, today announced that its Global Customer Support (GCS) team has been named a winner in the 10th Annual 2023 Globee Awards for Sales, Marketing, Service, & Operations. Fivetran received a Gold Globee® Award for Achievement of the Year in Customer Service. The Fivetran GCS team has also been presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Technology Industries category in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Both accolades recognize the GCS team’s impressive efforts and results. In 2022, the company was faced with a massive transition as it fully integrated with a newly acquired company, HVR. Throughout the transition process, the team remained hyper-focused on the customer experience, while navigating the complexities of the integration of HVR and Fivetran. The team ensured 99.9% uptime for customers, maintained a 97% CSAT score, and reduced case handling time for customers by 40%. The number of high-impact cases and escalations also decreased from 2% to .04% during this same period.
